I'm Going To Try And Be A Sports Fan
For awhile now I've had this odd yearning to find something to be a fan of. I want to be invested in something so much that I will buy and wear hats and various other merch to peacock my support.
For the longest time I've hated sports and sport culture.
I still do.
But, I guess I can't knock it until I try it.

It was mostly stories. It was mostly John Green.
It was from hearing compelling stories about teams and fans that led me to feel that in shunning sports I was missing something of the human condition.

I'm starting with the NBA for now. Following local baseball actually takes a little more effort than televised events.
Plus basketball is more exciting than baseball.
So....
Go 76ers! Be good at the sports ball stuffs!
